These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and hari2lucky (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hari2lucky online gaming platform accessible at https://hari2lucky.cam.

To create an account on hari2lucky, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to registerone account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will be treated as duplicate accounts.hari2lucky reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances and bonuses without prior notice.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, hari2lucky will require you to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian NRIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your account.

hari2lucky may request additional documentation at its discretion for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gambling purposes. Completion of KYC is a non-negotiable prerequisite for withdrawals. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of being requested may have their withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on hari2lucky are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). hari2lucky does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which hari2lucky accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong bank transfers.

Minimum Deposit: RM20 per transaction. Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per request, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-Walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: 5 to 15 minutes from approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers: 15 to 60 minutes from approval.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the extent that this is technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player accounts from unauthorised access.

6.1 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

6.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or game round is RM50, unless a lower limit is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winings derived from it.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and bingo may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is displayed on the promotions page.

6.4 Bonus Expiry: Promotional bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited without compensation.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus has an unfulfilled wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the pre-existing bonus unless the platform indicates otherwise.

6.6 Abuse Prevention: hari2lucky reserves the right to void bonuses and any resulting winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotional offer.

All games and sports betting markets on hari2lucky are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game or market, which are displayed within the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. hari2lucky does not manipulate game outcomes and assumes no responsibility for outcomes resulting from technical faults outside its direct control, including player device or internet connection failures.

Sports betting results are settled based on official results as announced by the relevant governing sporting body. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, hari2lucky's decision — informed by official sources — shall be final. hari2lucky reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed under fraudulent circumstances, or where a software, pricing, or data error is identified. Players will be notified of any voided bets and any staked funds returned to their account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hari2lucky platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the registration of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other players or engaging in any coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the platform's pricing or bonus structures.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any unlawful source.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate payment transactions after receiving gaming services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from hari2lucky.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hari2lucky and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or other technical problems outside hari2lucky's direct control;
• Delays in game loading or platform access during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods;

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

In the event that hari2lucky is found liable for any matter arising under these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hari2lucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Regulatory requirements or compliance obligations;
• Player self-exclusion request or responsible gambling intervention.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returned upon account closure due to breach of Terms.

hari2lucky is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of your written complaint being submitted, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified under our operating licence.

You agree that any legal proceedings initiated by you against hari2lucky shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
